Do you know how to enhance your prayers for greater results? Not knowing what and how to pray to get God’s attention is challenging, especially when you think you have prayed all you know to pray. However, the good news is that there is a solution to it, which is to pray in the Spirit. This post aims at telling you how to open your mouth wide praying for a change.
I am the Lord your God, Who brought you out of the land of Egypt; Open your mouth wide, and I will fill it – Psalm 81:10 (NKJV).
Likewise the Spirit also helps in our weaknesses. For we do not know what we should pray for as we ought, but the Spirit Himself makes intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered. Now He who searches the hearts knows what the mind of the Spirit is, because He makes intercession for the saints according to the will of God – Romans 8:26-27 (NKJV, emphasis mine).
The Challenge
Many Christians struggle with what to pray to receive answers to their problems. Also, sometimes they wonder if they have prayed well enough for God to answer them. Certainly, it is quite challenging especially when they need the answer urgently.
The Solution
Every challenge has a solution in God, and in this case, praying in the Spirit is the solution. This is allowing the Holy Spirit to pray through you, because He makes intercession for you according to the will of God (Romans 8:27). Also, He utters words which your mind can’t understand (1 Corinthians 14:14), as such making it difficult for any interference. However, God who searches the hearts knows what the Spirit is saying.
