What
is Holy Communion to you? Your understanding of what it is and its
benefits will determine the place you will give it in your life. It is
more than small bread and drink taken in the churches. It is the wisdom
of God for your total health spirit, soul and body. This post gives you a
better understanding of the importance of Holy Communion to a believer.
Then
Jesus said to them, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless you eat the
flesh of the Son of Man and drink His blood, you have no life in you.
Whoever eats My flesh and drinks My blood has eternal life, and I will
raise him up at the last day. For My flesh is food indeed, and My blood
is drink indeed. He who eats My flesh and drinks My blood abides in Me,
and I in him – (John 6:53-56 NKJV).
For
it is the life of all flesh. Its blood sustains its life. Therefore I
said to the children of Israel, ‘You shall not eat the blood of any
flesh, for the life of all flesh is its blood. Whoever eats it shall be
cut off’ – Leviticus 17:14 (NKJV).
The
Holy Communion is a spiritual mystery that, when taken with
understanding and faith, causes one to live above the natural realm.

Corinthians 11:24-25). It is the new covenant in Christ’s blood, which
was shed for all (Luke 22:20). It is the life of Jesus, the life of all
flesh is its blood (Leviticus 17:14). It is fellowship with Christ
in His flesh and blood. It is the wisdom of God through which we enjoy
the life of Jesus in us. It can be taken as often as you want, the
disciples were taking it daily (Acts 2:46). Read more...
