Sow and Reap Abundantly

Do you desire to have abundant blessings in your life? God is still in the business of multiplying His people who obey His instructions. To multiply your blessings is not difficult at all for God if you will heed to His word. This post emphasizes sowing and reaping as one major way by which God releases abundance upon His children.

Now He who provides seed for the sower and bread for food will provide and multiply your seed for sowing [that is, your resources] and increase the harvest of your righteousness [which shows itself in active goodness, kindness, and love]. You will be enriched in every way so that you may be generous, and this [generosity, administered] through us is producing thanksgiving to God [from those who benefit] - 2 Corinthians 9:10-11 (AMP).

Many people want to receive and receive, but are not ready to give according to how they want to receive. According to God's principle of abundance, you have to give abundantly to receive abundantly. If you sow sparingly, you will reap sparingly and if you sow bountifully, you will reap bountifully (2 Corinthians 9:6). Also if you scatter your seeds, you will enjoy increase but if you withhold more than you should, it will turn to poverty (Proverbs 11:24). Sow and reap abundantly.

God gives abundance to those who are always ready to give to others. If you are ready to be a channel of blessing at all times, then you are qualified for God's abundant blessing. In 2 Corinthians 9:10-11, God made it clear that He multiplies your seed for sowing. He gives seed to the sower and bread for food, but multiplies only the seed for sowing and not the bread for food. He enriches you in every way so that you will be generous in giving to others. Furthermore, not only will the Lord multiply your seeds, He also will increase the fruit of your righteousness. Therefore, Sowing guarantees both physical and spiritual blessings in a sower's life.

If y.ou say that you don't have to give, you are only limiting yourself. Sow and reap abundantly. We all have something we can give, especially for the advancement of God's kingdom: your money, time and energy. Read more...
