Investing Into Your Account In Heaven

Do you desire to be free from poverty or to have more than enough to give others? This is a good desire but it will take God if what you want is ‘riches without sorrow’. It will take sowing into your account in heaven so you can draw from it without sorrows. This is wisdom for enduring abundance. This post tells you how to invest into your heaven’s account.

Now you Philippians know also that in the beginning of the gospel, when I departed from Macedonia, no church shared with me concerning giving and receiving but you only. For even in Thessalonica you sent aid once and again for my necessities. Not that I seek the gift, but I seek the fruit that abounds to your account. Indeed I have all and abound. I am full, having received from Epaphroditus the things sent from you, a sweet-smelling aroma, an acceptable sacrifice, well pleasing to God. And my God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus. – Philippians 4:15-19 (NKJV, emphasis mine).

Do not lay up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy and where thieves break in and steal; but lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust destroys and where thieves do not break in and steal – Matthew 6:19-20 (NKJV).

Many People are tired of their financial state; they have done so many things only to get little or no result. They have spent time, energy and money pursing money only for money to keep running from them with greater speed. This truly can be frustrating and depressing. But there is a better way to draw money to you and ensure you have enough to also give to people.

Christ admonished that we should lay up our treasures in heaven where they can be preserved and secured; where moth, rust and thieves cannot get hold of them. This talks about sowing into your account in heaven. This guarantees supplies as and when due. This is God's wisdom for unlimited supply of blessings.

The Heaven’s Accounts

These are not savings accounts but investment accounts with rate of returns on investment (ROI) being far higher than any percentage any company on earth can ever dream of giving their investors. Read more...

The Power of Giving to Others to Receive From God

The Power of Giving to Others to Receive from God
Have you been asking God for something and it seems as if it is not forth coming? Many times, Christians bury themselves in their challenges to the point they sometimes think that God has forgotten them. I have good news for you if you are part of those people, God can never leave you nor forsake you. This post shares what you should do to provoke God’s intervention in your life.

Let your conduct be without covetousness; be content with such things as you have. For He Himself has said, “I will never leave you nor forsake you.” – Hebrews 13:5 (NKJV).

Give, and it will be given to you: good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over will be put into your bosom. For with the same measure that you use, it will be measured back to you – Luke 6:38 (NKJV).

And the LORD restored Job’s losses when he prayed for his friends. Indeed the LORD gave Job twice as much as he had before – Job 42:10

Everyone faces one challenge or the other at some points in his or her life. What determines how fast you overcome is your faith in God. There is nothing impossible or difficult for our God (Luke 1:37, Jeremiah 32:27). The challenge is that many Christians dwell in their problems and so are blinded to God’s outstretched hands towards them. They actually say to God through their thoughts, actions and words, “You can’t help me”. Hebrews 11:6 says that without faith it is impossible to please God, this means without faith you can’t receive from God.

When you dwell in your challenge, the word of God is inactive in you even though you know what it says concerning your situation. Dwelling in your challenge also robs you of your joy, which is what you use to draw from the well of salvation (Isaiah 12:3). Furthermore, it gives you the wrong picture. When you picture victory over that challenge you get victory (Jeremiah 1:12). “What do I do”, you may ask me. I will say, give to others especially when you are challenged. Read more...
