Will You Wait On God Till Your Change Comes?

Are you waiting on God for something and it seems it’s taking ages to come? Will you wait on Him till your change comes? Many Christians tend to give up after a while instead of waiting till their change comes. This usually costs them the best that the Lord has for them. This post encourages you to wait till you receive God’s promise for you.

If a man die, shall he live again? All the days of my appointed time will I wait, till my change come – Job 14:14 (KJV).

To everything there is a season, a time for every purpose under heaven – Ecclesiastes 3:1 (NKJV).

For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry – Habakkuk 2:3 (NKJV).

God is a God of time and season; He has different times for His various purposes. Walking according to the God's time leads you to the best He has for you. This calls for your faith and trust in the Lord, for he who believes will not make haste (Isaiah 28:16). It also calls for patience on your part, for you have need of patience that after you have done the will of God you may obtain the promise (Hebrews 10:36).

God is not slack concerning His promises (2 Peter 3:9) but is working out all things for your good who love Him (Romans 8:28). The promise may tarry but wait for it for it will surely come to pass greater than you can imagine. The farmer that planted cocoa waits longer time for harvest than the farmer who planted corn, but when his harvest time comes, it is very productive compared to the corn farmer who reaps after three months and will have to sow again before harvesting again. Also, the profits from sales of cocoa are much higher than profits from sales of corn. Therefore, based on the above analogy, it is profitable to wait for your appointed time, even if many people are reaping before you. Read more...

Seedtime And Harvest-Give And It Shall Be Given Back To You

Do you desire a financial breakthrough? As long as we are on earth, we will need money for daily needs and wants. Having more than enough is ideal so that you will be a blessing to others. However, many are barely scratching to meet their needs not to talk of meeting the needs of others. Thank God there is a way out! This post shares the basis of financial prosperity: seedtime and harvest.

Give and it will be given to you: good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over will be put into your bosom. For with the same measure that you use, it will be measured back to you - Luke 6:38 (NKJV).

While the earth remains, seedtime and harvest, cold and heat, winter and summer, and day and night shall not cease - Genesis 8:22 (NKJV).

Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap - Galatians 6:7 (NKJV).

God takes pleasure in the prosperity of His children, so He is not the author of poverty in your life. There are laws governing abundance, which if you adhere to will yield great results to you. These may be different from the world's system but it works with supernatural abundance, which is far better than the world's system. One major law of abundance is that of giving and receiving. As long as the earth remains, there will always be seedtime and harvest. There is no harvest without seedtime and where you have sown seeds you can be rest assured that you will have a harvest after a time, having followed the due process.

Giving and Receiving
This is a very important law if you are to experience abundance. You have to sow before you can reap. Until you give, you can't receive from anybody. Something must leave you first before anything can come to you.  Therefore, if you don't like giving then you shouldn't be expecting to receive. Givers will increase more, while those who don't give, that which they have will go from them (Proverbs 11:24-25). This is a spiritual law which governs everyone, those who practice it eat the fruit of it. You give your way out of lack and want. If you say you don't have anything to give then, you are not yet ready for abundance. You are to give according to what you have (1 Corinthians 8:12). You must give first! Read more...

Calling In The Abundant Harvest

What do you do during harvest time?  You have planted and watered, and now it’s time to receive your abundant harvest. Is it a time to sleep or a time to continue working? This post says, “It is time to call in the harvest with the harvest tools available.”

He who gathers in summer is a wise son; He who sleeps in harvest is a son who causes shame – Proverbs 10:5 (NKJV)

So Ahab went up to eat and drink. And Elijah went up to the top of Carmel; then he bowed down on the ground, and put his face between his knees, and said to his servant, “Go up now, look toward the sea.”
So he went up and looked, and said, “There is nothing.” And seven times he said, “Go again.”
Then it came to pass the seventh time, that he said, “There is a cloud, as small as a man’s hand, rising out of the sea!” So he said, “Go up, say to Ahab, ‘Prepare your chariot, and go down before the rain stops you.’ ” -1 Kings 18:42- 44 (NKJV)

The beginning of a new year is always a time for preparing for a better year: a year full of success and blessings, a year void of pitfalls and regrets. Many people fast and pray for divine intervention, blessings, etc., all through the year. But the challenge is that after such spiritual exercises, some people go to sleep while waiting for their answered prayers.

No, it is not wisdom to sleep during harvest time! It is time to remain fervent in the spirit, calling in the abundant harvest, a time to violently receive your harvest of answered prayers: for the violent takes it by force, Matthew 11:12. Like Elijah remain on your knees till you receive your abundant returns. You don’t have to continue the days of fasting but the tempo of your prayers must not reduce.

So what harvest tools will you use at this time?
