Do you desire to build up your faith? A
believing Christian needs to build up his or her faith in order to
survive or succeed as a Christian. However, this is a big challenge to
many, not knowing how to do so. This post points you to how to build up
your faith through Christ.
So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God – Romans 10:17 (NKJV).
In the beginning was the Word, and the
Word was with God, and the Word was God. And the Word became flesh and
dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only
begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth – John 1:1, 14 (NKJV).
Looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith – Hebrews 12:2a (NKJV).
Faith is a very important virtue a
believing Christian must possess, because without it no man can please

dominion on earth. The good news is that every child of God has a
measure of faith (Romans 12:3). However, the level of dominion you
exercise on earth at any time is determined by how much you have built
your faith at that time.
But how do you build up your faith?
The word of God says that faith comes as
we hear and understand the word of God (Romans 10:17). Also, the
scriptures say that Jesus is the word of God. So, we can say that faith
comes as we hear and understand Jesus. Hebrews 12:2a confirms this by
telling us that Jesus is the author and finisher of our faith. Therefore
your faith starts and ends with Christ. Read more...
