What
is on top of your priority list for this New Year? How do you intend to
start the year? The beginning of a thing has a tremendous influence on
the ending of that thing. As such, how you start this year will
determine how you will end the year. This post tells you what you would
need to do in the beginning of this year to sail through successfully
and end the year with great blessings.
In
the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was
God. He was in the beginning with God. All things were made through
Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made. In Him was life,
and the life was the light of men. And the light shines in the darkness,
and the darkness did not comprehend it – John 1:1-5 (NKJV).
It is good to start the New Year on a good footing or foundation if
you desire to experience the blessings of God all through this year.
Psalm 11:3 says, “If the foundations be destroyed what can the righteous
do?” If you don’t lay a solid foundation now, the year may be
challenging more than you can manage. A right beginning will release the
wisdom, knowledge and understanding (Ephesians 1:17-18) that you need
to go through all the days of the year victoriously.
