Do you wonder why you act badly sometimes, no matter how much you try not to? Perhaps your friend shocked you by his wicked actions and you are yet to relate it to what you thought you knew about him. The wicked nature of man knows no bounds and can always spring up surprises. Who can help?

The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it? - Jeremiah 17:9

I call heaven and earth to record this day against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing: therefore choose life, that both thou and thy seed may live: - Deuteronomy  30:19

Man is naturally selfish and greedy. He does everything to benefit himself immediately or in the long run. He will do good or bad things if it will in anyway satisfy him, even if it is momentarily. Wickedness destroys not only the victim but also the perpetrator.

Man will tell lies on his colleague in search of a promotion. He will break up families just to satisfy his sexual desires. He will push for abortion to avoid commitment. Furthermore, man will kill for power and/or wealth. The list can go on and on. Who can help this wicked nature of man? Read more...

Tools For Securing Supernatural Intervention

What can one use to secure supernatural intervention? Human beings are limited and are constantly searching for ways to become unlimited in life. This world is full of challenges, many of which are beyond what you and I can handle even if we try. But there is a higher power that we can connect to and these challenges will become walk-overs. This article gives two powerful tools for connecting to divine intervention.

“And when they began to sing and to praise, the LORD set ambushments against the children of Ammon, Moab, and mount Seir, which were come against Judah; and they were smitten” –  2 Chronicles 20:22 (KJV)
“And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony...” –Revelations 12:11 (KJV)

God is the supreme source of intervention. His power supersedes every other power. He manifests this power on men through His son Jesus Christ.

As much as God desires to always come to our aid, we often limit Him by the environment we create around us. We create this repulsive environment with our wrong choices of words and actions. Conducive environment for God is created with two powerful tools, namely: praise and testimonies.

God inhabits the praises of His people. Singing praises unto God attracts Him anytime and anywhere. Praise creates a joyful environment. And when you are joyful, your sensitivity is enhanced. You will be sensitive enough to pick the wisdom words from God for victory over the challenge at hand. Read more...

The bestseller that describes the essence of my living

Today I want to share an article from Ndidi Ngwuluka. I love what she said about the most read and sought after bestseller. The book is truly transforming my life. I believe that when you read it you will agree with her and may even have more to say about this great book.
----------------------------------------------------

"We are not what we know but what we are willing to learn." – Mary Catherine Bateson

The benefits of reading and aspiring to learn from what we read cannot be overemphasized. Good books can change mindsets for a flourishing society. Indeed it is people who make up a society and when they are influenced positively, a fruitful world is created.
...

My favourite book is a bestseller and is ever fresh as I read it year in year out. Each time I read it, there is always something new for me to learn or apply in my career, relationships and my life.
...

My first real encounter with the book was in 1991. Because it’s voluminous I was only opportuned to read it from cover to cover in 2006. Before I used to read chapter by chapter and sometimes I would re-read chapters. Despite the fact I have read it cover to cover before, when I pick it up it seems I had not read it before. I seem to see another angle to what I have read. And if the portion am reading speaks to a present situation, it comes alive in a greater dimension.
...

I have come to realize that the more I read the book, the smarter I become. The book says a lot about day to day living such that when I apply its teachings, I am regarded as smart! It teaches me to prioritize my goals and if I follow my goals in order of priority, I am known as organized and efficient.
...

I struggle to cope with challenging situations that come my way. On such occasions, I act thoughtlessly and sometimes I regret my actions. One day as I battled, I read a portion that said, “If you crumble to pieces in the time of crisis, it means there was nothing in you in the first place.”  Read more...

Faith For Victory Today

Everybody exercises faith at different levels, on different occasions and in different things. What you have faith in determines what answer or result you get. There is hierarchy in powers and authority. To command victory today, you need to exercise faith in the highest authority.

And Jesus, replying, said to them, Have faith in God [constantly] – Mark 11:22 (AMP). And his name through faith in his (Jesus, emphasis mine) name hath made this man strong, whom ye see and know: yea, the faith which is by him hath given him this perfect soundness in the presence of you all – Acts 3:16 (KJV). That your faith should not stand in the wisdom of men, but in the power of God – I Corinthians 2:5 (KJV)

Challenges and chaos in the world have provoked people to seek for higher powers and authority. Unfortunately, there are many options that end up confusing some people. Many people believe in so many things in order to get solutions to their problems. But they are only getting into more troubles. Most of them are in despair presently.

Faith in God (God the father, God the son and God the Holy Spirit) commands victory today. God will forever remain the highest authority. God is faithful. If He has said a thing, He is bound to perform it. He is not a man that He should lie, neither is He a son of man that He should change His mind. Read more...

Missing Touch That Makes All The Difference

Have you ever imagined why people put in a lot of effort, energy, time and money, and still get little or no success life? Surely there is a missing touch (breath of life) that must be put in place before success can be established. This article tells what will make all the difference in all endeavours.

And when I beheld, lo, the sinews and the flesh came up upon them, and the skin covered them above: but there was no breath in them. Then said he unto me, Prophesy unto the wind, prophesy, son of man, and say to the wind, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Come from the four winds, O breath, and breathe upon these slain, that they may live. So I prophesied as he commanded me, and the breath came into them, and they lived, and stood up upon their feet, an exceeding great army – Ezekiel 37:8-10

All the bones gathered together, the flesh came upon them, and the skin covered them. They looked like real human beings lying down, but that was all. There was no life. They could achieve nothing. They couldn’t boast of success in life. They were purely dead until the missing touch came on the scene.

The breath of life (also called Spirit of life) makes all the difference. Without Him, all efforts will amount to nothing. God’s effort would have been wasted when He made Adam, if breath hadn’t come on him. Where there is no life, there is no success story. Read more...
