A Call To Join The Salvation Of God Army Of The Season

Are you ready to answer the honorable call to join God's soul-winning team? This is a call from the Almighty God to every Christian and is with great blessings attached. However, many are too busy this season to answer this call to reach out for the salvation of others.

Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Amen.
- Matthew 28:19-20 (NKJV).

The salvation of others is paramount on God's agenda for the world. Unfortunately, many Christians are living as though all that matters is to remain righteous. So, they work on ensuring that they have no spots, wrinkles, or blemishes. This is good but there is more to it, for God wants all saved.

Christ's mission on earth was to reconcile all men back to God. And as He was leaving He gave the disciples the great commission as recorded in Matthew 28:19-20.

This commission was to make disciples of all nations. And the disciples did a great job of this commission. They answered the call and that's why we have many believing Christians today. And now it's our generation's turn.

Joining Is Important

Whatever you may be busy with other than the salvation of others, will only count for you here on earth. However, soul-winning will, not only count for you in heaven but also count for you here on earth. So, it has both earthly and eternal value. Therefore, it's very important that you answer this honorable call from God. Read more...

The Amazing Passion Of The Almighty God For Souls

What's your passion in life? Many people are running with their passion and are doing great exploits. Now God, who caused human beings to have a passion for things, also has passion. And God's passion is for souls.

For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life - John 3:16 (NKJV).

The Lord is not slack concerning His promise, as some count slackness, but is longsuffering toward us, not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance - 2 Peter 3:9 (NKJV).

Many people don't understand why Christians have to go around preaching the gospel of Christ everywhere. And they wonder why they should do it to the point of suffering for it. Sometimes, they even consider it as a disturbance. However, one may not blame them because they are ignorant of God's love for us. And they don't know His passion for souls to reconcile back to Him.

What is passion?

Passion is a strong feeling for something to the point that you're ready to suffer for it. Also, it's something that you are ready to forgo many other things to be able to focus on it. And it's what empowers you to make a difference in life. Furthermore, passion is what drives you to work hard even when you don't feel like doing so. And it will make you learn more and even go to so many places in order to fulfill your passion. However, working on your passion in life gets you to your desired peak while giving you great joy in the process. In summary, it's what you love or love doing, and you're ready to make sacrifices to fulfil it.

God's passion for souls

In the same vein, God has a passion for souls to be saved, for them to reconcile back to Him. And it's not His will for anyone to perish (2 Peter 3:9).
God's passion for us not to perish drove Him to sacrifice His only Son Jesus (John 3:16). And it made Him allow people He created to mock and humiliate His Son. Also, He had to suffer the pain of forsaking His Son for the first time when Jesus carried all our sins on the cross. This is because He will never behold iniquity no matter who is bearing or committing it (Matthew 27:46, Habakkuk 1:13). Read more...

What Is The Heartbeat Of The Almighty God?

Some people think that God is Almighty God, so He has no desire, feeling, or passion. And they only think of what they can get from Him. So, they are always in the 'give me give me' mood, and they fail to seek the heartbeat of God. And when they don't receive anything from the Lord they conclude that He cannot deliver. Unfortunately, this is not true and it's the ignorance of the people playing out in their lives. This post tells what God's heartbeat is and how to touch His heart for fearful blessings.

For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior, who desires all men to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth - I Timothy 2:3-4 (NKJV).

The Lord is not slack concerning His promise, as some count slackness, but is longsuffering toward us, not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance - 2 Peter 3:9 (NKJV)

Introduction

There is always a place to stand to receive from God. This means that you need to be in right standing with God to obtain blessings from the Father. Truly, God gives drops of blessings now and then, but what are those when you can get showers of blessings. However, the good news is that you can get all the showers you need.
God will grant the heart desires of everyone who pleases Him. For He said, "draw nigh unto me and I will draw nigh unto you" (James 4:8). So, when you do His will, He does your will. Also, when you meet His heartbeat, He will meet your desires. Surely, God will never fail on His part for He is a covenant-keeping God.

What Is The Heartbeat of God?

What then is the heartbeat of God? The Lord truly has a heartbeat and that is what drives everything He does. And this is all because of His love for man. So, God's heartbeat is that all men reconcile back to Him. For, it's not the will of God that any should perish, but that all will have everlasting life. This is God's passion: a passion for lost souls to return to Him (2 Peter 3:9).
Therefore, anyone who shares this passion with Him will always secure divine favour and blessings. And the Lord will highly exalt such a one. For, if you touch His heart, you will provoke His attention to grant you whatsoever you desire. Read more...

Getting Set For the Y-Junctions of Your Life

Have you ever gotten to a Y-junction and you turned off to the wrong road before realizing it? Many people often turn the wrong way when they get to the Y-junctions of their lives. Unfortunately, it takes some of them a long time to get back on track and some others never get back on track. This post tells you what to do to ensure that you turn to the right way when you get to the Y- junctions of your life.

And though the Lord gives you the bread of adversity and the water of affliction, yet your teachers will not be moved into a corner anymore, but your eyes shall see your teachers. Your ears shall hear a word behind you, saying, “This is the way, walk in it,” whenever you turn to the right hand or whenever you turn to the left – Isaiah 30:20-21 (NKJV).

Introduction

We all have Y-junctions to meet in life. However, how prepared and knowledgeable you are ahead of time determines the way you will turn off to. Y-junctions in one’s life are those points of decision making where you don’t have much time to consider the pros and cons of your choices, before choosing the option to follow.
Y-junction is a road intersection that has three arms that are equal in size. Unlike a T-junction, you normally will not need to stop before turning off to the road you want to take. This means you will need to know the route well, otherwise, you may turn off to the wrong road. And in so doing, it will cost you some time and energy to get back on the right road when you realize the mistake. Signpost on the road indicating the presence of Y-junction ahead warns you ahead of time. And it gives you enough time to decide which turn off to continue on ahead of time.
The Holy Spirit serves as our signpost in life that warns us and prepares us for these Y-junctions ahead of time. He is the voice that we hear behind us telling us which way to take. And He ensures that our teachers in life are not hidden from us (Isaiah 30:20-21). Also, the Holy Spirit prepares us as we engage certain channels.

How to prepare for the Y-junctions in life

1. Know the Word

The word of God in you determines what decisions you make per time. It informs the choices you make in life. When you know the will of God concerning a situation, it becomes easy for you to make the right decisions when you are faced with such a situation. Read more...
